Because our services are tailored to each client and often delivered digitally, we operate under the following refund policy:

1. Digital Services (DFY, DWY, DIY)

Once work has commenced on a Done-For-You (DFY) or Done-With-You (DWY) service, or once access has been granted to any digital training (DIY), all payments become non-refundable. This is due to the time, resources, and intellectual property invested from the onset.

2. Training & Courses

All payments for digital courses, toolkits, templates, and trainings are final. However, if you experience any issue accessing your course, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase and we’ll resolve it promptly.

3. Client Satisfaction & Revisions

We offer limited revisions on DFY projects (as stated in your service agreement) to ensure you are satisfied with the final outcome. If you have concerns, please email us at support@project1913hubs.com.

4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a payment was made fraudulently or without authorization, please notify us immediately at billing@project1913hubs.com so we can investigate.
